We recommend reserving your radio fleet between January and April to lock in equipment quantities, accessories (earpieces, speaker mics, gang chargers), and custom channel programming prior to staff arrival.
What happens if a radio is dropped in a lake or damaged during camp?
We provide rapid repair and replacement support from our Barrie service center. For camps outside Barrie, we coordinate fast shipping or maintain emergency spares in your initial rental kit.
Can our rental radios communicate with equipment we already own?
Yes. Our in-house technical department can clone and program our rental radios to match your camp's existing VHF or UHF frequencies and privacy tones.
